Our tees are made out of high quality cotton and/or polyester. When washing, it is best to turn the garment inside-out. DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
Because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We must ensure both the health and safety of our employees and facilities are a priority.
Basiq Blaq By Design will only accept returns for exchange if the following situation(s) exist:
- an item has a misprint;
- there are holes in a garment; or
- the size of the shipped item was not consistent with the order.
It is very important that you review the sizing chart for each item prior to making a selection.
All of the orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number the day the order is shipped. The status of the order is viewable until it is delivered.
If a "custom apparel" order was purchased, it will ship from our main facility based in Maryland. General orders may take up to 3 business days to ship. Custom apparel orders may take up to 7 business days to ship.
